HOMEWOOD, AL — A 63-year-old man was found dead at the bottom of a cliff behind Brookwood Village Friday. A Trussville Tribune report said Charles Earnest Flanagan of Birmingham was spotted on the pavement behind the shopping center by a nearby resident.
