Theft Suspect Sought By Mountain Brook Police

MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Mountain Brook police are searching for a suspect in a theft case July 15 on Clarendon Road. Police say witnesses saw a red pickup truck leaving the scene after a resident reported stolen lawn equipment. Police said the suspect vehicle looks to be a red 1997-2004 Dodge Dakota quad cab pick-up truck. A witness stated the truck was displaying a dealership drive off tag. The suspect vehicle left the area traveling towards Overbrook Road. Anyone who may recognize this vehicle, or have any additional information is asked to contact Detective Sgt.
