. B2B Solutions Group is proud to present our annual tax update for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Join Julie Bradlow, Tax and Corporate Partner with the law firm of DarrowEverett LLP, and Craig Field CPA ABV as we discuss how the 2021 tax season might impact you. The past two years have seen a flood of new tax legislation including some retroactive acts. Stimulus payments, advance / additional credits, and the loan forgiveness debacle, have made it quite difficult for businesses to stay on top of it all. As things move towards a more normal pace again, we will be sharing some of the latest developments and give you the chance to ask direct tax questions to tax experts in the field. Craig Field is Managing partner of Ryan Geer Field & Rhodes PLLC, a 3 partner CPA firm operating out of Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC, and Matthews, NC. He is also president and founder of Alluvial Wealth Management Inc., a NC Registered Investment Advisor; and president of Telar Information Technology Inc, a value-added reseller of accounting and payroll software and services. In October 2020, Craig formed Ryan Geer Field & Rhodes by merging with Ryan Geer & Co in Matthews. Ryan Geer Field & Rhodes is a CPA firm focused on tax preparation, accounting, preparation and review of financial statements, financial consulting, and business valuations. Julie Bradlow is a Partner and the Practice Leader for DarrowEverett’s Tax Practice, and a Co-Practice Leader for its Government Investigations Practice.
