This will be a fast paced and dynamic role within the Global Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of past procurement or analytical work experience. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 3-month contract position and will be fully remote. As Procure to Pay Specialist, you will: Support operational procurement & travel/expense (50%)Manage creation and maintenance of purchase orders Support end to end supplier onboarding processesCatalog maintenance & supportSupport expense auditing, employee onboarding/exits, and credit card maintenancePerform tactical sourcing (20%)Support low to medium complexity competitive bidding / tactical sourcing projectsSupport other special projects, as needed. (~30%)Effective at organizing project work, prioritizing and multitasking across concurrent projects independentlyIncrease project support over time If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: Requirements Bachelors degree in business, supply chain or a quantitative field preferred2+ years of past procurement or analytical work experiencePrior experience and exposure to ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion) level purchasing systemsDemonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsComfortable negotiating independently and conducting spot buys, as well as low to medium complexity negotiationsStrong communication skills - written/verbalAbility to work in cross-functional efforts across the enterpriseA self-starter with a proactive desire to learn & grow Additional Qualifications Intermediate/Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Altreyx (pivot tables, vlookups, macros, and management level presentations)Experience in catalog maintenance, setup and support Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 3-month contract position staffed through HireArt and will be fully remote.
