Maintenance man wanted to maintain 4 rental units. This is not a full time job. Must have your own tools and transportation. I prefer someone with a track record of doing maintenance work in New Orleans for multiple years with a referencable customer base. The majority of tasks are not emergencies and can be scheduled. I want someone who works by the hour (min one hour), not by the job. The majority of the jobs are more than one hour. If interested reply with your skill set, hourly rate and phone number.
