Job Description:
-Addressing and completing resident work order requests
-Maintain clean property grounds
-Complete preventive maintenance
-Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with residents and fellow employees.
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 1 year maintenance experience
-Bilingual
