This is the class for a student with some spindle-turning experience that is looking to branch out into other types of turning. The "Introduction to Turning" class is recommended as a prerequisite. The class will focus on techniques and tools used in turning a simple bowl. The student will turn their own bowl. All materials are included. Students have the option of providing their own safety glasses and hearing protection. Otherwise, the safety equipment will be provided.
