Classic electric blues/trio drummer needed

Older Guitarist and Bassist looking for a drummer to get our project moving. We are playing Hendrix, SRV, Trower, some oldies and less older songs that fit our style. Electric blues is the primary format...maybe a tinge of psychedelia and rockabilly. We need someone in the Mitch Mitchell/Ginger Baker style; backbone with flair. Improv skills important and willingness to learn on your own is crucial...you must have the drive to tighten up as we move along. If you can't handle YouTube and texting, no thanks. We expect a drummer to learn changes, not just drift through songs...we may be older guys but we are not slackers. If we get tight we'll play select gigs but for now we just need the right person to fit in. Vocals would be great but not a deal breaker. Practice is in a nice setting with no outside interference. If that sounds good, write back. "Call me" responses will be ignored.
