Hi! My partner and I are seeking a studio space to fit some very specific needs. I am looking for a small music studio where I can teach piano lessons and record over dubbing projects. My partner is seeking a dedicated office space to run her business and practice her tap dancing. 24/7 access and month to month lease are a must. Searching in the Albany park area. Ideally the space could also house two cats. I know it's a long shot but we are kind people ready to respect the courtesies and rules of any location.
