Join us for an unforgettable evening in the greenhouse with Tallahassee's first ever James Beard Award Nominated Chef, Sylvia Gould Chef Sylvia Gould will bring her creative fusion of international flavors with the precision and artistry of classical pastry techniques for a four course tasting experience. The menu will progress from savory to sweet, expertly paired with wines selected by our team of sommeliers: First Course: Saffron Poached Pear, Baklava, Bleu Cheese Paired with Maximim Grunhauser Rielsing Sekt Brut, Germany Second Course: Thai Basil Panna Cotta, Satsuma Habanero Sorbet, Candied Calamansil Paired with: Maison Noir Bottom's Up White Blend, Oregon Third Course: Cassava Cake, Pandan Ice Cream, Salt & Pepper Cashew Brittle Paired with: Alvaredos-Hobbs 2018 Godello, Spain Sorbet Intermezzo Fourth Course: Chocolate Tart, Black Pepper Popcorn, Creme Anglaise Paired with: Rombauer El Dorodo Single Vineyard Zinfandel , California Ticket price is inclusive of service gratuity. Processing fees and 7.5% sales tax will be added at checkout. Due to the nature of our events, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in. You can also contact us to see if we have a waitlist, and we can assist in coordinating a transfer. Our goal is to share our passion for great wine with our customers through educational events and casual wine tastings. We will also feature a series of pop-ups to showcase the chefs, bakers, and farmers of our region who care as deeply for great food and experiences as we do.
