Call Me Spinster - Live Recording at The Woodshop The Woodshop Listening Room Presents: Call Me Spinster (RESCHEDULE) We were not able to host Call Me Spinster on MLK Day, so we have rescheduled for FEBRUARY 8! Join us next Tuesday for a live recording with Call Me Spinster. Ticket sales benefit CALEB and the Hamilton County Community Bail Fund. Doors at 6pm, Music at 7pm FOOD + BEER + WINE + LIVE MUSIC $10 presale tickets, $15 at door ---------------------------------------------------------------------------CALL ME SPINSTER Sisters Rosalie, Rachel, and Amelia formed the trio, Spinster after unearthing their grandfather’s accordion in a closet and spending several summers learning pop covers on a hodgepodge of acquired instruments, from the mandolin to the washboard, glockenspiel, and upright bass. Spinster melds familial harmony and old-timey sensibilities with pop sounds, reviving classics of doo-wop, 80’s art pop, and 90’s boy band rock. With our resources, they are able to create, present, or record their work in front of an appreciative audience.
