Then transition into our immersive journey encompassing an interactive playshop, building our inner tool set and sharing our insights & experiences around self love. Together we are going to explore the art of falling in love with ourselves while cultivating a container to break the patterns of codependency. To wrap up our journey we will indulge in a self love activity focusing on massaging one’s self and possibly even a friend ;) … remember though consent, consent, consent! After our playshop Chloe will guide us through a Cacao Connection, a plant medicine journey for heart and sacral healing!
