STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Lou Longwa, 62, who has been missing from Stratford since Wednesday, Feb. 2, according to Connecticut State Police. Longwa is described by police as a bald black man with brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and white sneakers.
