NORWALK, CT — An area resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Wednesday, Michael Vota of Bridgeport won $30,000 playing a "30X Cash 9th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Ct Ave Gas Station LLC in Norwalk.
