Immediate Need for a helper and a skilled tradesman to finish a project. Experience in drywall/painting, trim carpentry, tile/carpet work, and/or plumbing, would be helpfull. I pay thru cash app or in cash at the end of every day. I also will consider a daily rate or an agreed figure to complete a particular task. So if you have multiple building tradesman skills or if you are a go getter with some basic skills and knowledge than I may have a short term ( 2 to 3 week) position for you Hours and days are extremely flexible. Just show up when ever agreed. Other requirements: Your own transportation. A valid ID such as a driver's license No dishonesty convictions on record... I have no time or respect for thieves, just don't apply, there is a surveillance system and an on site watchman.so don't waste your time.
