ROCKVILLE, MD — A Rockville man was arrested and charged with sex trafficking Jan. 27. Montgomery County Police say a woman came forward and said she was sex trafficked by Ernest Wilkerson, 31, in October 2021. Police arrested Wilkerson near Heartfields Road in Silver Spring. Police say he was attempting to pick up a trafficking victim. He is being held without bond, and police are looking for additional victims. Wilkerson drives a red 2009 Cadillac DTS, MCP said. Police shared photos of Wilkerson and his car. MCP encouraged any victims to contact the Vice & Intelligence Unit at 240-773-5958.
