Press release from City School District of Albany: February 3, 2022 All City School District of Albany schools and offices will be closed Friday due to the anticipated weather conditions. This will be a weather emergency or snow day, rather than a distance learning day. Please also note that after-school programs and activities Thursday afternoon will continue on our regular schedules. An exception will be the Albany Marching Falcons/Winter Guard practice scheduled for 6-9 p.m. Thursday at Albany School of Humanities (ASH). This activity has been canceled.  There will be no food distribution from schools Friday. Distribution of weekend backpacks will be rescheduled for Monday. As a result of Friday's snow day, please note that Tuesday, May 31 will be a regular day of school. Please be safe if you have to go out Thursday night or Friday.
