Job summary: Maintenance supervisor Property management company seeking someone to assist in taking care of multiple homes Responsibilities/Specific Duties: Light repairs Cleaning outside of house (pressure wash, debris) Around pool area Outdoor furniture-cushions, tables, chairs, counter tops BBQ-clean inside and out Windows Decks and balconies are clean Garbage-make sure garbage is out on sidewalk on pick-up days, garbage bins are cleaned with soap when empty Inside of house Change light bulbs AC filters-are changed every 3 months or when dirty Unclog toilets, sinks Other duties- move furniture Requirements: Valid driver’s license Time management Attention to detail Dependability Great communicator Self-reliance Honest Flexible Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift-over 50 lbs. with equipment Work week may include weekend Some long days, some short
