This position assists in planning, coordinating, and scheduling a variety of events while maintaining office and implementing systems to improve everyday processes • A self-starter that thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Self-motivated, outgoing “people person” personality. Analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude, ability to work well in a team environment and individually. Ability to follow instructions enthusiastically with a strong work ethic • Establish trust and a personable relationship with all clients through prompt and proper communication, being on top of all details, and offering guidance and expertise in all situations • Sales experience is a plus; “Just get things done” attitude. customer service background Commitment to client services and hospitality • Experience in leading a team with the ability to delegate tasks, coach, and hold others accountable. • Have strong problem-solving skills, Strong organization, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task • Must be detailed-oriented and organized to track and execute all opportunities well. • Quick learner with aptitude for working with software systems • Must be computer savvy, excellent phone etiquette, sit/stand for a long period of time. • Capable of designing/implementing processes (sometimes from scratch) Enthusiasm for different event types and the recruiting process • Have a sense of humor and humility. Willingness to work nights or weekends (if needed) flexibility • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, Excel, Social media platforms. • Must be able to assist team as needed, able to lift 25lbs-35lbs You’re a self-starter with contagious energy and a commitment to customer success. You are also a creative thinker, extreme listener, and team player. Client satisfaction is so important to you that your friend's call you a well-functioning co-dependent. You set high goals (because those are the most fun to crush). You speak our language (which, importantly, does not have a word for ‘No’ but does have a seemingly infinite number of ways to say ‘Yes’). You have no time to waste complaining about what is broken because you’re too damn busy fixing it. You’re looking for a job that doesn’t dim your shine at a company that allows you to burn your brightest.
