LOUISVILLE, CO — A high school in Louisville, Colorado, evacuated Thursday due to a chemical leak, the Boulder Valley School District said. Monarch High School was ordered to evacuate due to a chemical leak identified as glycol in the school's C-Wing. "Everyone is being moved to the auditorium and gym as the leak is investigated," the district tweeted at 10 a.m. About 15 minutes later, the district said students were encouraged to remain on campus. "Gym and auditorium are safe and open," the district said. "We do not expect the situation to last long." No injuries were reported.
