Here are the top three stories today in Indianapolis: IMPD is asking the public for help in identifying a man who is wanted for robbing an east side credit union. On Wednesday, police were called to Teachers Credit Union in the 4700 block of South Emerson Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. where they were told a man came into the credit union, approached the teller line, and then handed a robbery demand note to the teller. The suspect, who got away with an undetermined amount of money, is described as a light-skinned man in his mid-30s, who is approximately 6 feet tall. (WTHR)Police have arrested one suspect after a woman was found dead under 'suspicious' circumstances at a nursing home in Indianapolis. IMPD arrived at Homestead Healthcare Center in the 7400 block of Madison Avenue at around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning after a female resident reportedly died in a suspicious manner. 60-year-old Dwayne Freeman was arrested for his alleged involvement in the death of the victim and police believe there is no ongoing threat to the remaining residents. (Fox 59)An upcoming major I-465 project, which will begin this spring, is supposed to help make the I-69 corridor safer for drivers. The project, Clear Path 465, will take years to complete, and will ultimately improve traffic flow and help make driving in the area smoother and safer. The project is estimated to cost $430 million and is fully funded with a mix of traditional state highway and federal infrastructure dollars, along with a $70 million grant from the United States Department of Transportation.
