I am looking for a potential business partner to buy into (and possibly take over at some point) a successful construction company. My company is involved in high-end new builds, remodels and the occasional TI project. This is a 10 year old business with gross revenues in the millions. Minimum investment would be 250K, must be full time and you must be driven. I am only interested in working with someone who has a high level of integrity, a track record of success and who has high standards. My company has excellent cash flow and does not need your money but I do need a financial commitment to consider any kind of partnership. Knowledge of the building industry is probably one of the most important things unless you have incredible connections.
