Clarendon Hills, IL: American Youth Symphony Orchestra (AYSO) will begin its inaugural year of training and performance in the Fall of 2022. Young artists in all orchestral instruments, ages 7-18yrs old can register for a placement audition now at www.amimusic.org. This is a unique opportunity for students to expand their musical knowledge and experience. "AYSO will be a wonderful extension to American Music Institute, where training and performing meet. The benefit of AYSO will certainly ring true for students and will exhibit the talent of Chicago's best young artists." – Remus Badea, AMI Executive Director AYSO seeks to empower young artists with musical imagination, by nurturing a love of music and providing dedication to the highest standards of music performance. By exhibiting professional leadership and inspiration to talented young musicians, AYSO will enable students to expand their training through several performances throughout the year. American Music Institute's fundamental mission is to provide high standards of music education to all students for all instruments, levels, ages and styles of music. Rehearsals and concerts will take place at American Music Institute's Clarendon Hills Campus, located at 60 55th St. in Clarendon Hills.
