AURORA, IL — With a cold wave expected to continue into the weekend in Aurora, city officials announced they will reopen the 24-hour emergency warming center. Starting Thursday and lasting through Monday morning, people in need will have a safe, warm space to go to. The Overnight Warming Center, located at the Aurora Transportation Center at 233 N.
