Description

This is a new role as part of Lam’s expansion in Phoenix, AZ. The new facility will be located in North Phoenix off Hwy-17. This will be a remote position until approximately July 2022, then onsite. Lam’s Master Scheduler plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle. Job Duties: • Work from engineering plans and production specifications to establish production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements • Coordinate production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules • Provide input to management; schedule and/or interface with Marketing, Sales, Production and Engineering managers • Work to resolve (in case of design changes) labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions • Oversee the master schedules and ensures comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for manufacturing Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree; will consider 8+ years’ direct-related experience in lieu of a degree • Five+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse Logistics, or Spares Operations • Two+ years’ experience with SAP 4.7 (or higher) • Ability to work in a fast pace changing work environment in Production and Scheduling in support of both internal and external customers • Demonstrate a high level of expertise in problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work remotely until approximately July 2022, then onsite This posting is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and responsibilities but constitutes a general definition of the scope and function of the position.
