To pre-register click here.  WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays & Saturdays 9am -5pm WHERE: Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center 27040 Malibu Hills Rd. Calabasas, CA REGISTER: No appointment needed, but you must pre-register. To register, scan the QR code or click HERE. *You will need your insurance card (only if insured), valid government issued ID, and a cell phone number/email address.
