Cavallino Risk Management, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Administrative Support to work with our customers and commercial insurance partners. This position requires excellent customer service skills, prior knowledge of commercial insurance products, and an ability to problem solve during case management and submission.
This position will be office based in Huntington, NY with potential for a hybrid schedule once onboarding is completed.

Customer Service Representative Position Responsibilities
Maintain understanding of property & casualty insurance offerings including our commercial insurance marketsAssist customers and our producers with the submission of new applications, as well as changes to existing policiesIssue certificates of insuranceFollow up with Carriers for receipt of endorsementsMaintaining accurate computer dataTrack all updates and status changes in AMS360Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities
2+ years’ experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in a commercial insurance or brokerage settingStrong customer and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and phone presentationExperience with AMS360 strongly preferred Comfortability with Microsoft Office Suite
