HOOVER, AL — Hoover will have a new orthopedic center in its city limits this week, one of multiple new health care businesses to open in the city this year. The Birmingham Business Journal said OrthoAlabama Spine & Sports will open a new location on Mrs Hill Road July 15. The 17,000-square-foot clinic will provide specialized treatment for bone, joint, muscle and sports-related injuries, among other services, according to the BBJ report. Hoover also has had a UAB Medical Clinic open in Brock's Gap this year and another in Stadium Trace in December. Read the full story in the Birmingham Business Journal.
