Scooby is an old soul. He was rescued starving on the streets of Tijuana Mexico. Two of the smaller dogs at the shelter have grown attached to him. He walks around and protecting the other two. It’s really the site to see. He deserves a home and a family of his own. He is still at our shelter in Tijuana, but we do have transport to anywhere in Southern California. He has been fixed, vaccinated, wormed, and fully vetted. He is no spring chicken but makes up with it with the love he will give you
