BIRMINGHAM, AL — Ground was broken over the weekend on a new medical office building at Grandview Medical Center. A Birmingham Business Journal report said the 200,000-square-foot Grandview Physicians Plaza II will be owned and developed by Daniel Corp. along with Seavest Healthcare Properties.
