Description
Immediate opening for a Maintenance technician to service our community/property.
Responsible for maintenance and some grounds upkeep.
Ideal candidate has at least one year of experience performing professional maintenance work, is familiar with a variety of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
On call rotation required.
High school diploma or GED certificate
Professional certification in plumbing, HVAC, and or electrical repair a plus.
Must pass a background check, drug test and have your own vehicle.
