Anyone else not seeing any winning scratch offs?

Does anyone else that plays MN lottery scratch offs notice a major decline in paying tickets the last month or two. I know people will say it is gambling and I know, but this is not just me. I have talked to several other people who I know that buy them and they also say that they have not seen a ticket that paid more than twice the ticket value and also some of the people I talked to said that they keep track of their spending and wins/losses and they said the last month or two the return on a period or amount of tickets bought is either zero or close to it or maybe a slight bit better. I am just curious if anyone else has been seeing or thinking the same thing or maybe you have a totally opposite experience than myself or the people I have talked to?
