We are urgently looking for customer service reps to handle incoming calls. Make outgoing calls to past guests. Solve customer problems. Help monitor customer flow in and out of the store. During slow times you will help wrap orders and other minor prepping tasks. Promoting customer service excellence with current and new guests. Having conversations with people you don't know Learning new things and finding creative ways to solve problems Fast-paced work environments (in fact you thrive in them) Duties and Responsibilities: CSR Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple customers. Provide accurate responses to questions regarding EA products and/or order history. Manage customer inquiries. Use up-sell and cross-sell techniques to promote sales. Contribute to team goals by improving response and resolution times and guest satisfaction ratings. Answer incoming calls, including inquiries on order status, product size and price clarification, and placing telephone orders ****Must be able to work the following days and hours: Thurs Feb 10 thru Monday Feb 14 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Tuesday Feb 15 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. ****We do have some shifts available before those days but the above list is mandatory. Call customer experience is a plus.
