I am a 57 White Female Seeking My Own Unfurnished 1bed/ba A place with No Stairs With another Female or a Couple for Roommates Ideally a house if not a 1st level of a good sized apartment. Rent $1000/private bath $900 shared-Only willing to have a shared bath if there is another 1/2 bath close to rooms Looking for a place with no more than 2-3 other people. People willing to have some sort of friendship would be nice. Bonus PT work of $1,800 a month extra if you want to work Part time around a Schedule we create working as my IHHS Aide - (Register with IHHS, Life scan required-background check with fingerprints) Takes about 2 weeks for start to finish with background Check and doing an online Orientation which is I think takes 3-4 hours via the computer. I Need: Transportation to my apt’s, grocery shopping, and assistance with laundry etc. NO heavy lifting needed. Yes I walk and talk normal lol… Just I have had multiply surgeries on joints and Have limited strength in my dominant arm and hand to do certain things Like opening very tight jars, hanging clothes up-laundry, and or reaching up high on shelves like when shopping. Obviously at home I always Have a foldable stool and grab and reach tool. Would love to create some sort of friendship with the people I live with, like hello etc and even playing Boardgames/cards Scrabble/or movie and occasional meals together would be An awesome bonus especially after the years we have had. Yes COVID conscious and aware. Happy to cook separate or together To make things easier. I eat healthy, clean and organic. No dairy, other than that lots of veggies, some fruit and grains. Share the basics: Avocado mayo-yum, mustard, sea salt, spices Alternate buying paper goods. Yes would pay for all of own food. Me: Retired. Socially, culturally, Religious, Sexuality aware Of us all, so what you are or choose to be in any of those Áreas are not my concern. Be You. Speak English and Spanish. I am out of of house daily for 2-5 hrs daily, Clean, neat, organized, non smoker, 420 tolerate, Light social drinker or happy to honor a non drinking household. I am quite and keep to myself when alone and spent most time In my room or out in the world. Don’t play loud music. Would have no overnight guests. Very occasionally a friend Might come by to visit, however mostly I go to them. I am utilities bill conscious so don’t leave lights on, A/C never set below mid 70’s and heat never above 66, I like it cold at night.
