wanted small to medium dog

We are a retired couple who are home most of the time. We own a home in Peachtree City overlooking a pond and golf course. We have a doggie door that leads to a fenced in area that connects to an enclosed ground level deck. We are adjacent to a green area and golf cart path both of which are ideal for dog walking. Our 16 year old Aussie/Pekingese mix recently passed away and our home seems so empty now. Our dog(s) have the run of our house, sleep in our bedroom and are not crated. We are looking to adopt a pet that enjoys car and golf cart rides as we tend to take our dogs with us to most places. Prefer adult/senior small to medium dog 20-30 Lbs. Must be good with other dogs.
