Concession company seeking cashiers and concession team members to assist customers in sales and prep food as needed. You will be serving kettle corn, lemonade, shaved ice, cotton candy and other pre-packaged snacks. This is for the Spring Training games from February 26th - March 29th for 1 of 2 fields Goodyear, AZ Location: Guardians and Reds Spring Training Facility - 1933 S Ballpark Way Goodyear, AZ85338 30 Games total everyday from February 26th - March 27th Mostly days games 11a - 5:30p, but there are 12 night games 4p - 10:30p Mesa Location: Cubs Spring Training Facility - Sloan Park 2330 W Rio Salado Pwky. MESA, AZ 85201 18 games total from February 26th - March 29th Mostly day games 10:30a - 5:30p, but there are 2 night games 3:30p - 10:30p SEAT VENDOR/HAWKER Commission Based - Commission Varies with items sold + TIPS Concession company seeking seat vendors to sell - kettle corn, cotton candy, lemonade, and churros OR - Beer There is no buy-in. No experience needed, will train. This is for the Spring Training games listed above. Job Description: Merchandise retailer hawker must be able to work in a DIVERSE, HIGH VOLUME, AND FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT. This individual walks the stands while carrying product and sells to patrons in their seats. Experience and Requirements: - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs., and be able to twist and bend comfortably. - Prior retail sales experience at a stadium or arena a plus but not required. - Be able to understand the basics of inventory management. - Flexible with hours and availability; including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to interact with different individuals; both co-workers and guests. - Must be at least 19 or over to sell beer. Responsibilities: - Organization of inventory - Must be able to work independently - Work long hours during and walk up and down stairs - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Be vocal, outgoing, friendly Expectations: - Provide 100% customer service at all times. - Perform all responsibilities in a professional manner - Display a positive attitude - Respect customers and fellow employees - Be on time to work - Be ready to work at all times WE ARE ALSO HIRING FOR CONCESSION STAND WORKER Job Description: - Able to work in a DIVERSE, HIGH VOLUME, AND FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT. - Clean the machine and their area nightly. - Work the full shift of the game and not leave until everything is closed down and clean. - Count and manage money. Customer service is a MUST! - Prep foods quickly and sell to fans directly from the stand. Experience and Requirements: - Able to stand for long periods of time, lift at least 50 lbs., and be able to twist and bend comfortably. - Prior retail sales experience at a stadium or arena a plus but not required - Understand the basics of inventory management. - Can work all or a majority of games. - Ability to interact with different individuals; both co-workers and guests. - Cash handling experience a plus. - Must be able to pass a background check 7 years back.
