BAKERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Hands-On Management of FDA Production Room- Workers, Raw Material Usage to Finished Products and Sanitation of Processing Areas.
Reports directly to Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Production Workers:
-On time at start of production shift as well as after each work
break.
-Properly trained on work positions and equipment.
-Assign all work positions.
-Verify work performance of each worker in each position.
-Evaluation of worker performance (including reprimands and
disciplinary actions).
-Good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
Production:
-Manage FDA rules and regulations.
-Produce quality wholesome finished product in accordance to Company
and Customer’s Specifications.
-Meet daily finished product output requirements.
-Manage labor usages.
-Manage raw material usages.
-Management of processing improvements.
Operations:
-Inspect all processing areas to verify sanitary conditions at all times.
-Set up equipment for daily operations.
-Verify that all equipment is operating properly.
Post Production/ Sanitation:
-Verify all usage (raw materials and labor) information.
-Manage all aspects of daily clean up.
-Prepare all areas of processing room for next production shift.
