WOBURN, MA — With Election Day under a month a way, it's time to figure out how you plan to vote. This year, all Massachusetts voters will have the opportunity to cast their ballots early or by mail, if they prefer, although Election Day voting remains an option. In addition to the presidential election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Woburn voters will also cast ballots on statewide ballot questions and in U.S. house and senate races. Registering to vote: The registration deadline is Oct. 24. If you have a state driver's license or ID, you can register online at www.RegisterToVoteMA.com. You can also download mail-in registration forms, which must be post-marked or delivered to City Hall in person by Oct. 24. You can send your registration form to the City Clerk, Woburn City Hall, 10 Common St, Woburn, MA 01801. You can check your registration online. Mail-in voting: All voters are also eligible to vote by mail, this year, but you must apply by Oct. 28. You should've received an application from the Secretary of State's office ahead of the state primary. If not, you can download an application online and send it to the city clerk by mail, deposit in the drop box at City Hall or email it to [email protected]. Electronic applications must have handwritten signatures. Ballots may be returned by mail, in person at the City Clerk's office, using the drop box at the rear of City Hall, or at the early voting location. They cannot be delivered at your Election Day polling place. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 3 and received by Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. You can track your ballot here. Early in-person voting: All Woburn voters can vote early at the old Wyman School at 679 Main Street at the intersection of Eaton Avenue. Enter through the door on Newbury Street.
