** Exterior Painter Needed **

Expect a full time schedule all year long. Looking for a painter with experience on exterior painting. Must feel comfortable on ladders!! This position will not only be painting but will also include being trained in roof cleaning and minor repairs, gutter cleaning, some landscaping, pressure washing/soft washing, and holiday light installation in the holiday months. Some knowledge of a pressure washer, ladders, and general home maintenance would be great. Please inquire if you are motivated and ready to work. Have great communication skills. Have a valid driver's license. Are prepared to be in a uniform daily. Days typically start from 8am-5pm. Although they vary, due to jobs being completed.
