At Vesta Properties we acquire, build, renovate, and manage our own rental properties. Our mission is to improve the quality of living within each of our communities. Our business is growing quickly, and we are in search of a dependable team player to grow with us. We are looking for a landscaper/grounds keeper to maintain the exterior of all of our apartment communities. The primary responsibility for this position is performing landscaping, grounds maintenance, hauling of materials, and occasional demolition work at our apartment properties located in North Seattle, Renton, Kent and Burien. This is a full-time position with great long-term potential. You must have dependable transportation, willing to travel to all properties in King County and have your own hand tools. Duties to include: • Cleaning the grounds and maintaining curb appeal. • Mowing, pruning, removing, and maintaining vegetation. • The occasionally hauling of materials such as flooring and cabinets. • Aid in the demolition and preparation of apartment units for remodeling. • Occasionally hauling of garbage and construction debris to the dump. • Potential to drive the company truck. o Valid WA State driver’s license and insurance are required. Our compensation is competitive depending on your skills and experience. All candidates must pass background check and have verifiable references.
