You are capable of doing it all, roofing, walls, floors, painting, kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, complete remodeling. You are trustworthy, smart, and know how to get the job done right. You and your crew will be able to live on the property until the job is completed (bring your sleeping bags if needed). It might take a few weeks or a month or two to get the job done.
