Full-TimeBeverly Hills Hours: 5 days per week, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm or so Location: Beverly Hills Hourly rate: $40 per hour on the books – plus potential for stipend towards Health Benefits plus paid vacation and sick days We are seeking a very proactive self directed and polished individual for a UHNW home in Beverly Hills MUST be OK reporting to the Estate Manager of the property — Please have 4 plus years of experience in a private home as a true houseman MUST be vaccinated Responsibilities Duties include all aspects involved with cleaning, maintaining and providing service within and mostly outside a private residence. Assist housekeepers as needed for harder to reach areas on a ladder or with something heavier Proper knowledge and ability to delicately handle all items customarily found in the home of a high net worth family including fine china, glassware, crystal, silver, jewelry, artwork, couture, leather, upholstery, furniture and any and all rare collectibles Assist with event planning and meeting up for events/parties Ensuring outside furniture is always well maintained Separating and removing garbage and recycling Assist with errands as well as restocking for the home general for paper good, trash bags and other essentials Maintain outside with fresh paint as needed, watering plants Gutter maintenance and surveying property for any “fix it” needs Assistant with answering the door, driving as needed Assisting with heavy lifting, special projects and household event setup and tear down Basic service skills including setting a formal table, simple bartending, serving at small gatherings and sometimes larger events Following daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal household task lists Willingness to follow checklists perfectly in-order every time to ensure consistency of service Must be able to follow instruction and meet deadlines established by supervisors Performs other related duties as required and assigned Qualifications Excellent experience and REFS as a true houseman in a private home for 5 plus years Posses professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Trustworthy Please have a valid drivers license, NO background check issues Experience in a SMART home is a plus.
