A brief summary of the position includes the following: Under general supervision of the maintenance, the manager performs overall cleaning of interior/exterior perimeters. Responsibilities include performing standard janitorial duties including dusting, detailing, vacuuming, sanitizing, waxing, buffing and stripping floors, and cleaning restrooms, common areas, and windows.
