Looking for multiple positions for graveyard caregivers. Boise, Nampa, Caldwell areas. We are a non-medical home care agency that is locally owned and operated. Caregiver Qualifications: *Complete and successfully pass a criminal history background check as defined (qualified/not qualified) by the IDAPA rules governed by Medicaid * Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent * Ability to read and write in English * Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs * Stand, bend, twist, lift, as a part of your duties to perform activities of daily living with our clients (cooking, housekeeping, dressing, showering, transferring, shopping, etc * Treat all clients with dignity and respect * Fully respect and execute all Client Rights as outlined on their Rights Statement * Be able to read a plan of care and clearly note your daily activities * Communicate respectfully, timely, and effectively with your direct supervisor * Protect your clients from Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation * Be prompt and on time to all assignments * Communicate client changes in condition to your direct supervisor once identified * Respect boundaries and recognize personal relationship boundaries with your client(s). * Follow your designated schedule and call our office with all changes. * Able to bathe, assist with toileting, hygiene, and complete personal cares for another person.
