Looking for window and door installers. We will train the right people but prefer some experience in construction and remodeling. You need your own truck or transportation and personal tools. You must be on time and willing to work outside of Lubbock. We travel every week to southplains area towns. i.e. Amarillo, Midland, Abilene, and such. We are putting together crews who are hard working, efficient, and excellent at what they do. We only want people who want to work. Laziness and lack of attention to detail are not acceptable qualities on these teams. Pay will be according to skill level, team member level, and production level. Pay ranges are usually between $2,000 per week for a 2 man crew and $6,000 per week for a 4 man crew. Work is not guaranteed to always be at the same level but there is plenty of work and these amounts are determined by the work a crew is willing to put into their craft. There are opportunities for subcontracting or for employment.
