If someone wants money upfront to "hold" a kitten or puppy. Do not! It is a scam. You send it through Venmo and they are gone. The person who scammed me used the number
and Venmo account @MNMARI although I suppose they use different numbers and venmo accounts. I lost a cat last year and was feeling ready for another and instead am dealing with this.
