We currently have an open position for a poster installer to assist with installations in our Seattle market. The areas in which we operate span from Greenwood to Georgetown. You would use staples and tape to apply the posters to poles, in store windows, or on other set locations depending on which campaigns you are working on - training and supplies are provided to complete all work. Hours range depending on incoming work flow, which varies throughout the year. Schedules will be determined weekly in advance. Photos documenting installs will be expected for all services through Whatsapp to the Street Marketing Manager for a timely delivery of reporting to our clients. All routing, rules and restrictions, and best practices about postering in Seattle would be shared during training period. Work would be conducted outdoors, year-round regardless of weather barring any safety hazards (extreme heat, thunderstorms, etc.) Occasional cleaning of the poster room and light in-office work will also be paid. Basic qualifications: Able to lift 40+ lbs. Able to work 3+ hour shifts depending on ongoing campaigns. Smart phone with geotagging capabilities for photos. Photos are expected for every install and will be reported to the clients for proof of installs. Access to mobile data is a must for submitting photos while at work. Reliable and consistent work ethic and communication via email, text and/or phone calls reporting to the Street Marketing Manager. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with very short turnaround times on occasion. Expectation that you manage inventory of materials and posters required to complete each job; issues should be reported immediately so we can adjust strategy or order more materials as needed in a timely fashion. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required prior to hire. Preferred qualifications: Experience working outside and on foot to complete jobs. A general knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and streets (maps will be provided during training period for routes). Other details: Part-time position, daily hours depend on number of campaigns running. Position reports directly to the Street Marketing Manager. NW Polite Society will provide materials needed to complete all work. Replacement materials purchased may be billed back to company. Salary: $18.00/hr with a performance review after 90 days after which salary is subject to increase. Payment is received twice per month on the 5th and 20th. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Masks are required during office visits, and proof of Covid Vaccination will be required prior to hire.
