Saw small white dog in Francis

Francis near CiNCINNATI, Spokane WA

I saw a small long haired whis haired white were mostly white dog dog running down Francis toward Nevada. I was able to is able to get him or her off off of Francis butt but he kept running and I could not get close enough for a picture much less to catch him. I couldn't see if there was a collar. Last seen behind zips on Francis, near the Is ponderosa senior mobile home park. I will answer any questions I can if you want to call me at five oh nine 954 seven three one four.
