Stop Bugging Me Pest Control is looking to expand into the Spokane area, and we are looking to hire 1-2 full-time pest control technicians with huge upside potential. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity and believe you have the skills to grow into a leadership position, please reach out! Our technicians work independently and are dispatched from their homes to job sites utilizing the PestPac mobile app in their service areas or designated sites. We have a large footprint on the west side of the state with 20 technicians and a proven track record. Additionally, we have an established business in the Spokane area for support! The base hourly for our Pest Control Technicians ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus production. Monthly production bonus on top of your hourly rate of pay will be discussed and likely modified to help get you off the ground running! Our plan, with your help, is to start with a heavy focus on Commercial clients utilizing current relationships. Our full time Sales Executives will focus on accounts that have a wide verity of needs including rodent control, Roach control, general pest, Bed Bugs, stinging insects etc. Stop Bugging Me Pest Controls offers medical and dental benefits as well as an option for a 401K. The company pays 75% of the technician’s monthly insurance premium costs and all new employees are eligible after 60 days of employment. Minimum Qualifications • Clean driving record • Lift and carry 50 pounds • Customer Service Experience preferred • Complete a criminal background check • Current Washington or Idaho license Confidentiality is of the utmost importance so if your current position is not all its cracked up to be give us a call.
