I have a small select demolition and commercial tenant finish construction company. Things are going well, I have a lot of work coming up and it will be a busy spring and summer, I need 3 or 4 hard workers that can work unsupervised all day long from 7 or 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We will work a Saturday now and then if we are super busy or have a deadline to hit. The majority of what we do is demolition, tear stuff out, and make endless trips to the dumpster, rinse and repeat. I have been having a hard time getting people that have their own transportation and can show up every single day, and not take a million smoke breaks, or sit on their phones all day long. I can’t have anyone who parties every night and shows up blurry eyed and foggy. Therefore if you love to party and/or drink every night as soon as you get paid, please do not respond to this ad. I am looking for good reliable hard workers that can bust-ass and enjoy construction work. We do everything from drywall and framing removal, bathroom and kitchen guts, to tearing homes complete down to framing and subfloor. We also do commercial carpet and flooring removal and installation. Please have work boots, and gloves, as appropriate. Have a large new residential project starting next week, need help ASAP.
